Mixed Vegetable Cutlets;Vegan; Meatless Monday.





This weekend was our marriage ceremony anniversary. With Valentine's twenty-four hr stream approximately the corner, I decided to brand something special, romantic! 


After all, it is rightly said, " the route to a man's pump is through his stomach"!


As usual, everything amongst me has to travel healthy, quick as well as slowly but delicious! Servings: makes 10-12 medium sized cutlets


Ingredients:


Beetroot: 1, medium-sized, cooked until tender.

Cauliflower florets: 1 & 1/2 cups
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
Green chilli: 1-2, finely chopped ( adjust every bit per private spice level).

Cornflour: 1 tbsp

Method:

Cooking made easy:


My batter was slightly runny as well as so non theater plenty to cast into "hearts". I so placed the cookie-cutter on the griddle as well as added the batter within the cookie-cutter, thus creating the " heart" shapes.  You tin follow this technique if yous confront a similar issue.
