Today when I went to the fish market, together with saw squid, I felt similar getting it together with making it. I select non made squid in a long long long while! Why??? Mainly because nobody else but me eats it at home. I am abhor to brand something for me alone... unless I educate a precipitous yearning for the same! This eve was i of those evenings when I felt similar eating squid! I decided to convey it home, brand mushroom chilli for my hubby and squid chilli for me!! The other argue that I don't convey it is because I am non solely certain that I know how to prepare it!!! Funny?? Ingredients:
Squid: 1 large
Onions: 1 medium, diced medium
Garlic: four cloves,cut julienne
Ginger: 1 inch, cutting julienne
Green chilli:3,chopped fine
Bell pepper:1 large,diced medium( tin terminate locomote whatever color)
Soy sauce:2tbsp
Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Corn flour/ corn starch:1 tbsp
Spring onions: 2,chopped fine
Sesame Oil:2 tbsp
Sugar: pinch
Salt: to taste
Method:
Clean the squid, cutting it into 1 inch length strips, marinate amongst 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce together with come about aside for 10-15 mins.
Mix corn starch amongst 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce together with 1 tbsp soy sauce together with come about aside.
Heat a wok on high heat,add oil. When oil is hot, add together garlic , thence ginger.
Sauté for thirty secs, thence add together chopped onions, sauté for ii mins.
Now add together green chillies, bell pepper together with thence the squid. Saute for ii minutes,
Now add together salt, carbohydrate together with the cornstarch-sauce mixture together with mix well. Let it prepare for to a greater extent than or less other 2-3mins.
Add vinegar together with mix well.
Garnish amongst chopped jump onions.
Serve hot amongst jasmine rice!
