Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Method:


Preheat the oven to 400 deg F.

Prepare a baking sheet/ tray. Grease it too continue aside.

Separate the Brussels sprout from the psyche stem. Remove whatsoever yellowed outer leaves.Wash, drain too dry out the Brussels sprouts.



Slice the Brussels sprouts lengthwise into two pieces ( two if small, iii slices if big).

Drizzle olive oil, common salt too pepper too mix well.

Arrange it on the baking sheet, preferably inwards a unmarried layer. Avoid overcrowding.

Bake for 20-30 mins or until golden brown, turning it over 1 time inwards between.
