Salt to taste.
Water : 3/4 loving cup for grinding the batter.( y'all may non usage all of it).
Oil : to grease the tawa( skillet).
Method:
Soak rice, urad dal & methi together for 3-4 hours atleast or overnight.
Soak poha( beaten rice) for 10 mins ( simply earlier y'all laid about grinding the batter )and proceed aside.
Grind the rice-dal mixture to a fine batter inwards the blender using watermelon pieces to it instead of water.Add H2O alone every bit needed if it becomes hard to grind.Once the rice is soil finely, add together the soaked poha together with blend it amongst the residuum of the batter inwards the blender.
