This is i of my favorite dishes for breakfast. It is nutritious in addition to filling. Not to mention, slowly to make! Ingredients:


Chick peas( Chana): ii cups dark or white cooked. ( If using canned, 1 10 oz can)

Method:


Heat a sauté pan/ kadai amongst oil. Add mustard seeds. 

Once the mustard seeds splutter add together the slit light-green chillies, sauté for few seconds. 

Now, add together the diced sugariness potato, hing, salt, jaggery in addition to ii cups water.

Cover in addition to laid until the sugariness potatoes are 3/4 done. 

Now, add together inwards the cooked chick peas in addition to mix well. Cover in addition to laid on medium until the sugariness murphy is cooked well.
