Ingredients:


Quinoa : 1 cup
Water: two cups
Black beans: 1 8oz can

Coarsely chopped walnuts: two tbsp( optional)
Feta cheese: 6oz, crumbled.

Pepper pulverization ( preferably freshly ground): 1tsp
Salt to taste.

Method:
