Ingredients :


Baby Bella mushrooms  : 1 lb
Onion: 1 medium, chopped fine
Kashmiri Red chilli powder: 1 1/2- ii tsp ( adapt based on your spice level)

Coconut oil: 1 tsp + 1 tbsp
Tamarind pulp: 1/2 tsp
Water: 1 cup

Method:
