Idli Usli ( Idli Upma)




Whenever I make idli batter,I mostly brand double the total of batter than needed for i breakfast too brand extra idlis then that I tin brand idli upma the side past times side hateful solar daytime for breakfast. It is absolutely yummy specially amongst lots of greenish chillies finely chopped too fried too the distinct appetizing aroma of asofoetida (hing).

Servings: 4


Ingredients:


Leftover idlis: 12 nos, crumpled fine but non mushed.
Coconut oil: 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves : 1 sprig
Urad dal: 1/2 tsp(optional)
Green chillies: three chopped really fine
Asofoetida( proficient quality): a pinch
Shredded coconut: ii tbsp
Salt :1/4 tsp
Sugar: 1/4 tsp

Method:


Heat fossil oil inwards a sauté pan/ wok on medium heat. Add mustard seeds too splutter them. Now add together urad dal, curry leaves too slit greenish chilies  and sauté until the urad dal turns a petty golden color ( don't allow it burn). Reduce the open fire to depression too add together the powdered idlis, tabular array salt too asofoetida. Sauté for 4-5 minutes on depression estrus until the idlis are a warm too yous aroma the squeamish aroma of slightly fried idlis. Now sprinkle the sugar, shredded kokosnoot too mix well.



Serve warm. Enjoy past times itself or amongst roughly chips or whatever numkeen.
