Biscuit rotti is a traditional, South Kanara recipe. It is similar to the North Indian Kachoris. Basically it is dough that is stuffed amongst a sweetness together with spicy filling together with so deep-fried. It is commonly served at breakfast or enjoyed amongst the eve tea. It could hold upward made amongst whole wheat or all-purpose flour. Method:
In a bowl, mix together wheat flour, sooji, salt, sugar, 1 tbsp warm oil, a pinch of turmeric.
