Kele Phodi ( Pan-Fried Sugariness Plantain); Three Ways! Meatless Mondays!

Ingredients:

Ripe plantains: 2

Method:

Peel the plantain. Slice them horizontally into 3 equal pieces.

Serve hot.




For the sooji rawa coated fried plantains:




In a shallow bowl/ plate, mix together rice flour, salt, reddish chilli pulverization as well as H2O to brand a paste.



Smear this glue on both sides of the plantain slices.

Take the sooji rava/ cornmeal inward a plate.

Roll the batter-coated plantain slices into this mixture as well as thus that it is coated alongside rawa/ cornmeal.
