Gluten-Free Tabbouleh; Meatless Monday



I was introduced to Tabbouleh during my remain inwards the Middle East. It is a staple inwards their diet. It is a refreshing salad.It is ordinarily made alongside parsley & Bulgar wheat. Servings: 4-6


Ingredients :


Cauliflower florets: 2 cups
Flat foliage parsley: 1 large bunch
Tomatoes: 2 medium-sized, diced big.
Cucumber: 2 medium, deseeded together with diced. I used Western Farsi cucumber.
Onion: 1 small, diced fine.
Lemon juice: 1/4 cup
Lemon zest: 1 tsp
Extra virgin olive oil: 1/4 cup

Method:
