Mint leaves: 1/2 cup, chopped
Garam masala powder: 1/4 tsp
Coconut milk: 1 loving cup ( optional).
Salt: equally per taste

For marination of the chicken:
Lemon juice: 1-2 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2tsp
Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp, freshly ground.

Method:


Clean the chicken in addition to marinate it amongst lemon juice, haldi ( turmeric powder), common salt in addition to pepper pulverization for 15-20 minutes.
