Ghee( clarified butter): for making the dosa

Method:


For dosa batter: I accept used leftover Mushti-polo batter.

In a bowl, mix together chopped onions, light-green chilli, cilantro, grated carrots as well as salt. Mix well. This is the topping.



Heat the tawa/ griddle until hot. Smear ghee/ butter. Pour ane ladleful of batter. Make certain that you lot spread it thickly. 




Sprinkle 1 tbsp of the topping on top.
