Ghosale Sheera Chutney ( Ridge Gourd Pare Chutney)

Ingredients:


Ghosale sheera (ridge gourd peel): from two ridge-gourd.
Coconut Oil/ghee: 1 tsp
Mustard: 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves: 1 sprig
Jeera ( cumin): 1 tsp
Black pepper corns: 1 tsp
Green chillies : 2
Tamarind : marble size ( if using pulp, piece of job 1/4 tsp)
Asofoetida: pinch 
Jaggery/ Palm sugar:1/2 tsp
Freshly grated coconut: 1/2 loving cup ( you lot could pose upto 1 loving cup if you lot wish)
Salt: 1tsp ( accommodate according to your taste)
Water: 1/2+1/2 cup

Method:
