Method:


In a salad bowl, accept arugula leaves, cooked quinoa, diced cucumber, sliced radish in addition to apricots.

In a pocket-size jar, accept  lime juice, rice vinegar,olive oil, common salt & pepper . Close the jounce in addition to milk tremble well.Add this to the salad in addition to mix well.

Top it amongst Parmesan cheese, slivered almonds in addition to cranberries.



Serve immediately.
